# January 2026

> What changed in Swiss HR Easy in January 2026.

January is the first month of development: Swiss HR Easy launches its recruitment foundation and connects it to Microsoft 365, Bexio, and e-signature.

## Highlights

* **Recruitment foundation.** Publish positions, track applications on a pipeline board, and give applicants a self-service portal with magic-link login.
* **Contracts from template to signature.** Generate employment contracts from templates, send them for signing, upload signed copies, or import existing PDFs.
* **Interview scheduling with Microsoft 365.** Pick interviewers from your directory, check availability, and sync interviews and Teams meetings to calendars.
* **Bexio payroll sync.** Connect Bexio and create the employee record from an application with one click; existing employees are linked automatically.
* **Pipeline tasks and position roles.** Configure tasks per stage, assign hiring roles per position, and block stage moves until required tasks are done.

## Also new

* Sign in with Microsoft single sign-on.
* Position templates with structured sections for consistent job descriptions.
* Import job ads from external websites, including extracted job details.
* Outlook inbox inside the app: read, search, reply, and compose messages.
* Import applications from form emails, individually or in bulk.
* Application details (*Bewerbungsdetails*) show phone, availability, workload, and salary expectation.
* DocuSign as a signing method for contracts, with status checks.
* Data subject requests, audit log, branding, and locations manageable in settings.

## Fixes and polish

Role changes now take effect immediately. Imported job ads get the default pipeline automatically, and the form email parser recognises fields more reliably.
