# June 2026

> What changed in Swiss HR Easy in June 2026.

June closes the gap between "hired" and "first day": a new Pre-Boarding phase, employee surveys, a real Personaldossier, and the official Lohnausweis PDF.

## Highlights

* **Pre-Boarding is here.** Guide new hires from signed contract to first day with an HR cockpit, a Welcome portal, and configurable journey templates.
* **Employee surveys (*Mitarbeiterumfragen*).** Multilingual surveys with preview, test send, and an AI review of the questionnaire before launch.
* **A real *Personaldossier*.** Drag files into an employee's dossier, import master data from Excel, and applicant documents carry over on hire.
* **Official *Lohnausweis* PDF.** Download the Form 11 certificate per employee, with the embedded 2D barcode.
* **AI Coach learns.** It remembers your organisation, improves from feedback, coaches through probation, and suggests form values with one-click apply.

## Also new

* Multiple *Rechtsträger*: create legal entities, anchor employments to them, and transfer employees between entities.
* Employee list: sort and filter every column, page through details, delete with compliance checks.
* Required onboarding documents follow the position; criminal-record extracts are tracked with due dates and reminders.
* Emails carry your organisation's logo, colours, name, and footer.
* Public careers pages show position content in the visitor's language.
* Portal leave requests get a detail page; only the employee's manager is notified.

## Fixes and polish

Dashboard hire metrics now rest on signed contracts and explain their calculation, candidates can leave a rejected stage again, reference forms autosave, and the *Stellenmeldung* status updates reliably. Security hardening of sign-in links, emails, and API access rounds out the month.
