Recruitment in Swiss HR Easy is one continuous flow. A position becomes a job ad, the ad becomes applications, applications move through a configurable pipeline, and a hire becomes a pre-boarding journey without anyone re-typing a name.

The pieces

Positions

The opening itself: function, location, Pensum, requirements, and the job ad in each locale.

Job distribution

The careers page, the SECO Job-Room, and multi-channel distribution.

Pipeline

Configurable stages with their own e-mails, tasks and document requests.

Interviews and references

Scheduling through Microsoft Graph and structured reference checks.

Decisions

Making the hiring call with a method, not just a meeting.

Where applications come from

Who sees what

MANAGER holds applications:view, so managers reach the recruitment surfaces. What they see is scoped: without applications:view-all a manager sees only the applications for positions they are responsible for — their own position-role assignments plus their direct reports’. HR staff and administrators hold applications:view-all and see everything. Position visibility follows the same idea: a position can be restricted so that only the people assigned to it work its pipeline.

Metrics

The module computes recruitment metrics — time-to-hire, stage throughput, source effectiveness — over the pipeline history. These feed the reports surface.
Recruitment can be switched off entirely on installations that only use Swiss HR Easy for employee administration: set FEATURE_RECRUITMENT=false. See Feature flags.
