May brings the new Lohnabrechnung: monthly payroll from calculation to payslip, bank file and authority reporting.

Highlights

  • Monthly payroll, end to end. Create a run, calculate, add corrections, then download password-protected payslip PDFs or e-mail them to employees.
  • Payments and reporting built in. Export pain.001 bank files, reconcile camt statements, hand off to accounting and file EMA and Quellensteuer reports.
  • Year-end covered. Lohnausweis, Jahresmeldung with AHV splitting and Lohnkonten come from the same payroll runs.
  • Quellensteuer on the employee profile. Edit status, residence, Konfession and cross-border details; DE, IT and FR Grenzgänger get the right tariff automatically.
  • References by e-mail. Send the questionnaire to a referee via a secure link, or record a Referenzgespräch internally; HR keeps the final call.

Also new

  • Payroll master data (Kontenplan, Lohnarten, Versicherungen, Lohndatenempfänger) managed in Settings.
  • 13th-month salary with proration, plus cantonal Familienzulagen, Geburtszulage and Haushaltungszulage.
  • Filter applications by Herz / Kreuz / Fragezeichen rating; the Verlauf shows who moved a candidate.
  • Employee profile gains contact and family tabs and a document-language setting.
  • Contract form picks the workplace, auto-fills weekly hours and prefills from an existing employee.
  • Employees can hold two concurrent contracts; absences can be assigned to a workplace or contract.
  • Offboarding dashboard; notification subscriptions by e-mail, in-app or Teams; users table filters and sorts.
  • Stronger access controls and data protection across AI features, audit logs, uploads and sign-in.

Fixes and polish

Microsoft sign-in works again for accounts without a job title, contract downloads open as real PDFs, and unticking the rejection e-mail during a stage move is respected.
