July brought a calmer interface, the new compensation module, multiple Rechtsträger in production, and the first building blocks of the time-tracking platform.

Highlights

  • A consistent interface. Shared page headers and toolbars, success and error messages on every action, a Cmd-K command palette, and a dashboard that opens with your own tasks.
  • Compensation (Lohn & Einstufung). Funktionsstufen, Lohnbänder, placements with a written rationale, band-health insights, and a portal page where employees see their band.
  • Multiple Rechtsträger live. Contracts, SECO Stellenmeldung and payroll master data carry the employing legal entity; transfers and bulk corrections included.
  • Time tracking grows up. Sollzeit work plans, a Gleitzeit balance with HR overview, a server-side time clock for the iOS app, and a monthly Lohnbüro export.
  • Mein Portal. The portal is now every employee’s self-service home, with a role-aware start page, sick-leave certificate upload and a notification bell.

Also new

  • Contracts accept Word templates, keep versioned templates with validity windows, and produce PDF/A output.
  • Draft contracts can be edited or reset, and employees sign and upload from the portal.
  • Monthly employee data check with an XLSX export for the Lohnbüro.
  • Configurable onboarding tasks with a per-position onboarding manager.
  • Probation questionnaires go out automatically, with configurable e-mail texts and a per-employee panel.
  • Public holidays (Feiertage) admin and school-calendar vacation counting.
  • Interview invitations include a calendar file; applicants can decline AI review of their application.
  • Outlook folders are scanned every 30 minutes and applicant mail is filed automatically.
  • Dashboard sections can be collapsed, reordered and resized.
  • Salary fields are visible only to managers, grant holders and view-all roles; new SYSTEM_ADMIN role without PII access.

Fixes and polish

Word placeholders no longer break across formatting runs, magic-link e-mails work again, ongoing sick leave shows correctly, and actions that used to fail silently now report what went wrong.
